I couldn't agree more. This is something that I preach to the people in my life often. Time is crucial. Like you said, it's absolutely something you can't get back. It's the most valuable currency there is. People treat time like candy, eating it left and right. Many only tend to realize the value of time when it's too late. It's a sad truth of life.

Also, talking about the importance of their being a willingness on a person's part to say no. That's especially true.
